Mental Health Books : Top 7 Books for students- BigBrainCoach

Mental Health books can be beneficial to students who are Fighting with one or more challenges at a time. In the modern developing world, Being a student is stressful. One out of every five students below the age of 18 fight with a mental disorder. Which is heartbreaking.

Students with continued signs of stress can have an anxiety disorder. Many students who are fighting with addiction may also be depressed. In some circumstances, an untreated mental health situation can put Them at a more significant risk for other mental health challenges.

There are Many mental health books available in stores. Here are my favorites books for students.

1- The Social Skills Guidebook

Manage Shyness, Improve Your Conversations, and Make Friends, Without Giving Up Who You Are?

This book is an excellent, amazingly well-written book. One of the most popular, precise book you will ever read on enhancing social skills. I feel this book is vital for those with social anxiety, nervousness, or who fight to make friends and feel comfortable around people.

This book enhances mental health and gives you a transformation in the mindset that helps you develop as an individual.

2- The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat and Other Clinical Tales

The author is a neurologist who works with people who are suffering from brain issues. This is an entirely fascinating book, a set of case investigations by the Author.

The cases are fascinating. The way he composes about the people involved is charming. It’s neither clinical nor judgmental.

It’s exciting to see someone who understands a lot of hard-line science write about these cases in terms that appear to be more adapted to someone who would be a philosopher or a spiritualist.

One of the recommended Mental Health Books that can help millions to stay happy and healthy.

3- Anxiety For The Beginners

Anyone who has ever experienced anxiety had a panic attack or faced the blackest of days will find a connection in this book. Its also an excellent book to understand a friend or loved one, how they feel or why they feel the way they do.

Authors explore her early day’s traumas and experience up to the present day before shifting from her own story to research into the roots, causes, and help available to anxiety victims.

Anyone who has ever had a mental illness will be able to relate to the concept of the body’s hormones wreaking havoc on your emotional (and physical) state.

The Mental Health Books is easy to read and understand. I highly recommend this book. Its a keeper.

4- Why Does He Do That: Inside the Minds of Angry and Controlling Men

I feel A youth-friendly version of this should be on the curriculum in schools. Bancroft explains the abuser mentality in a way that demystifies the series of abuse for survivors.

He describes abuse as something not done because of bad moods, but because of a lack of compassion for the feelings of others. He re-frames the problem of mistreatment as not one of anger, but the actual conscious decision to abuse companions.

We are living in a society where we need to maintain any relationship. I’d recommend this unique Mental Health Books to everyone.

5- Mental Health Books- The Noonday Demon

A compelling, whole, intimate, well-composed, in-depth, and well-researched investigation of depression in all its shade at noon dimensions.

This was an incredible book that took me months to read, a mighty dense book about depression. It weaves together the author’s own experience of multiple failures and decades of methods with other stories, experimental research, historical expertise, and social context (and sometimes- literature).

However, Rather than try to sum depression, he lets it stay messy as it is, different for each of us, with no clear pathway for treatment. I learned a lot, and hopefully, my increased knowledge will make me a better person, a better advisor, and a more loyal friend.

Highly recommended one of the essential Mental Health Books for everyone!

6- The Collected Schizophrenias: Essays

This collection of essays is impressive. Through exploring her struggles with schizophrenia, the Author has done a fabulous job of looking at society’s beliefs of mental disorder and the lack of knowledge around schizophrenia.

Each page of this book gives insight into a realm that is avoided. This will be compelling Mental Health Books of the year.

7-Marbles: Mania, Depression, Michelangelo, and Me: A Graphic Memoir

This is a fantastic, funny, and insightful book. Anyone who wants to know about bipolar disorder from the inside in full graphic detail must read it.

If you know someone who is fighting with bipolar disorder, don’t be terrified to pick up this book. The author has brought bi-polar out of the closet in this brilliant, candid, humorous, and inventive memoir. Your judgment may not be the same as hers, but you will see the connections.
