It’s challenging to stop your mind from clicking them. Even one notification can destroy all the morning energy and make you tired instantly after waking up in the morning.

Make a mind to open the notifications after 60 minutes of waking up. Instead, drink a glass of water, meditate, and allow your mind to design a day that you will enjoy by thinking about the joy you would like to live today.
